Abstract

Evaluation of every patient who has symptoms of nervous system is very important and essential to differentiate between those manifestations which are organic and psychogenic in origin.
The author describes briefly about the differential diagnosis of the suspected hysteria or malingering which is frequently experienced by neurosurgeon or psychiatrist and is deeply grateful for helpful suggestions of professor Kwang She Rhim.
